Can Excedrin Heal Migraine?

Hi there I have a 15 y/o girl who woke up with a migrain her and I have a history of them, but this was different she never ever wakes with one she took her excedrin it worked for a couple of hours and then it was back when I got home from school she was on the floor pale crying saying her back and body was in so much pain. She has a low grade fever 102 I have given her motrin and nothing ahe cant move she says it hurts to bad..PLEASE HELP
