Can Excessive Antibiotics Use Cause Small Lumps Beneath My Nipples?

Can excessive antibiotics use cause small lumps beneath my nipples? I was hospitalized because of a mt biking accident and I am completely well now but have these lumps and I would like to know how to gat rid of them. I had blood work done and everything is normal including my estrogen levels.
