Can Excessive Crying Cause Blurred Vision And Light Sensitivity?

Can excessive crying affect my vision after I had LASIK 6 months ago? I cried for 3 days and now I have blurry vision and more light sensitivity and I went to my doctor and I turned out to be suffering from -0.25 astigmatism both eyes, I m scared that crying has gave me permenant astigmatism
