Can Excessive Masturbation Cause Bump In Vagina?

Can too much masterbation or friction cause a bump on the upper part of the labia minora? I have no bumps anywhere else and its bled a little from me wiping. I was tested 2 months ago for stds and my Pap smear and I was clean. About 3 weeks ago I was fingered but the man didn't have any bumps or signs of an std on him, and said he was clean.
