Can Exercises Like Power Yoga Be Performed After Laproscopic Subtotal Hysterectomy?

Hi I had a laproscopic subtotal hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. I am used to exercising most days generally spin classes and power yoga. Would I be able to swim or am I best leaving all exercise for the 6 weeks, I have started walking my dogs and have no pain from that.I am 48 and weigh 168pounds
