Can Expired Xopenex And Nebulization Medication Be Reused?

I take Xopenex for asthma and my nebulizer medication has expired. The 3 foil packs I have left, have not been opened. Can they still be used? I just opened 1 pack and there is no cloudiness. My insurance has a deductible I can't afford right now, I'm on disability now. Help!
