Can Fat Tissue Increase In The Hand, Backbone And Thigh Be Treated?

Hi, I am having some fat tissues below the skin in my left hand n its increasing continusly.it seems like lipoma. I consult it with many doctor all the doctors suggest me for operation to remove it. I heard about light threapy which helpful to decrease the tissues. I am suffering alot with this problum please suggest me for better treatment as my hand is,looking very bad so I am not able to wear half sleeves tshirts. Also it creates in my back bone n in my Thais also. Pls help me
