Can Fever Be A Symptom Of Concussion?

Can a fever be a symptom of concussion. My 34 month old cell from a chair yesterday and hit his head on the floor. Nothing horrible. Cries a little then fine. This am he woke up, vomited twice 30 min apart then no more. He has been warm all day about 99.6-100. Now he s 102. Seems like a big but now I m concerned about the fall. Similar symptoms and all.
