Can Fibroadenoma Be Cured With Medicine?

Hey Doctor, I am 21 years old girl ..Around 6 months ago I was Diagnosed by Fibroadenoma and I started to take : primrose plus , Cataflam 50, Reparil 40 and Alphintern for 3 months and the Dr asked to stop taking them since the Fibroadenoma is getting smaller and getting fine .. but this month during my self examination I noticed that the tumour still there and it also pains so I wondering whether the medicine should have any effect on its size to the limit that makes it dissapper and I am aslo wondering whether it should pain me or not
