Can Fibroids Increase Carcinoembryonic Antigen Level In Blood?

I have fibroids and had uterine abalation done. Periods were good for 7 months. This last period was heavy day one with bad pain. I went to my gyn and he did a bld. Test called cea while I had my period that same day. Now a week after the test came back results 110. I want to know can fibroids increase this level? He did repeat the test one week after the period for further evaluation. I am now 48 years old will be 49 this year
