Can Fibromyalgia Cause Blood Clots Like That Of Periods?

ive recently been dignosed with fibromyalgia but recently have been feeling nausea, dizzy and i have diarreah right after everytime i eat. im also having blood clots as i would in my period, but im not on my period nor am showing any signs of being on it yet. is this just one of the symtoms of fibromyalgia or different?
