Can Flomax Cause Cracks On Foreskin Of Penis?

I have recently (about 6 days) had a radiation seeds implants and about three weeks before that I had a hormone therapy shot, Now I have developed cracks in the foreskin of my peinis and have a very low stream and have to urinate often. I am taking flomax. What can I do? I am 67 and weigh 196 lbs. and I am 5' 7" high.
