Can Fluid Occur In Fallopian Tube After Getting Them Tied?

how can i have fluid in my fallopian tubes i had them tied 11 yrs ago last two months my periods have been un normal and i have gotten a belly my doctor told me my uterus is enlarged and we did a ultrasound and it came back as i have fluid in my fallopian tube how can i get fluid in my tube if its tied does it mean it came un done or could i be pregnant and just hasnt showed up on the ultrasound i know it could be a tubal or ectopic pregnancy toim just confused and need some answers please help i cant get into a ob for two more weeks
