Can Foot Vibrators Reduce Swelling Of Ankles And Feet?

the past month I don t go for a daily walk anymore because of the weather and my ankles and feet are swelling up- I have a laptop for 7 months and am sitting down more. I am 70 yrs old and wonder if these foot vibraters would help. Someone improved, just like I did 2 yrs ago with taking anti-biotics - Can you give me some advice please?
