Can Frequent Masturbation Lead To Stunted Growth Of Penis?

Im a 55 yrs old male as a young boy whenever i felt horny i mastuerbated frequently & this mal practice left my penis small{5"} full erocted ....obviously it's small it could have been bigger if i would'nt do that nasty practise...is there still any chances to re-size it into a bigger one ?....
