I m a type 2 diabetic. I started taking a drink mixed in the blender with a small amount of kale, celery, sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ginger, 1 small apple, a small piece banana, ginger, cucumber, 1 tablespoon of chia and flaxseed, all of this with 2 glasses of water. I take all day to drink it in 3 parts. (for constipation) My kidneys are not working too well, 35 or 40% I believe. Is this harmful for me due to the kidney problem?.
