Can Gastritis Or Dumping Syndrome Cause Chest Pain During Exercising?

I have a lax LES, gastritis, and rapid dumping syndrome. Can any or all of these produce chest pain/pressure when i exercise? I am fit, healthy otherwise, but have drastically had to reduce my exercise due to chest pain/pressure upon exertion. Thanks!
