Can General Anesthesia Cause Rashes On Thumb And Thighs?

I had reconstructive surgery yesterday and now I have a rash on the back of both thumbs and the backs of both thighs. Could this be caused by general anesthesia? I did get sick twice yesterday, but figured that was due to the anesthesia. I have been put under several times before and have never had any problems.
