I may be being overly cautious but what is the likelihood of transferring genital herpes to your breasts if your worn underwear scrapped across the nipple? I have read online that you cannot transfer herpes to other sites through fabric like towels but wondered it is different if it is worn underwear where the sores are located and there could be secretions.
