Can Getting A Hep B Vaccine Cause My Liver Enzymes

Can getting a Hep B vaccine cause my liver enzymes to be elevated? I am a 33 year old female, and had a Hep B vaccine mid-Feb. March 12, I had labs done to investigate what I thought could be thyroid issues. My AST is 70, and ALT was 110. I don't drink alcohol, and am otherwise pretty healthy aside from a 30 lb weight gain last year from Sep-December. It looks like everything else in my labs were in normal ranges.
