Can Granules In Kidney Be Removed Through Urination?

I ve granules in my kidney which is a start of kidney stone formation.. after tat ve been drinking lots of water for a couple of week around 3 to 3.5 ltrs a day.. but people say that these granules will get removed while urinating.. but i dont get any of tat feel .. is tat because its not a stone yet???
