Can Growth Of Ovarian Cyst Cause Pain Underneath The Ribs?

I was diagnosed with a 5.8cm complex ovarian cyst on my rt ovary 4 months ago, i'm currently waiting for surgery but i'm concerned because i feel a lot of pain and pressure directly underneath my ribs and was wondering if it could have grown a lot more since then.
