Can Hair Supplement Cause Acne And Irregular Menstruation?

Hi! I ve been taking hairfinity, a hair supplement for about a month now and since I ve gotten bad acne and my period came about a week ago but just little brown discharge, not much blood or so and I ve got little cramps, I use the DIU and I practice protected sex. Please help! I don t know if it s all the vitamins fault!
