Can Having Protected Anal Sex With A Person With Positive HIV Cause Infection?

I had anal sex with a guy (same sex) used a condom and it did not break. He then told me he is HIV pos. I am concerned that some of his precum might have entered me somehow. I did perform oral sex on him and he was precumming a lot. I had also shaved my genital area and it felt sensitive. What are the possibilities of contracting HIV?
