Can Having Unprotected Sex Cause Pregnancy?

If my boyfriend and i had sex with a condom, and an hour or so later we had unprotected sex, could i be pregnant? because i heard online that precum can get a girl pregnant, if there was left over sperm from previous ejaculation. and i think i might be on my ovulation week also, so should i take the plan b pill?
