Can Headache Be Symptom Of Internal Bleeding In Head?

I am 27 and I am 5'1" and 95lbs. I got drunk on Sunday and flipped out due to extreme recent life stresses. I hit my head with my hands several times. I had a headache yesterdayand vomited all day...I am prescribed Tramadol so Iook one to take the edge off. I am concerned about internal bleeding because my head hurts quite a bit today.
