Can Headaches And Pain In Kidney Area Be Related?

Hello, sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you could help me. I have had pains in my left side where my kidney is for the last 3 days, it is painful to touch but only aches when untouched and hurts when I bend over. I have noticed that I also have had headaches since it began hurting, I dont have a fever or any problems when urinating. Could you please tell me whats wrong with me?
