Can Hemorrhoids Cause Severe Stomach Cramps And Back Pain?

I have severe sttomach cramps to go with the hemorroids, and I watch what I eat, drink lots of water, but they don t get better. Have used Preparation H but that doesn t seem to help. In addition I have terrible and constant back pains to go with this/
