Can Herpes Be Misdiagnosed As Anal Fissure?

I received a blow job and rim job about 2 weeks ago, recently developed an anal fissure. My doctors had a look at it and he has prescribed the necessary meds to heal the fissure. My concern is, that I have googled fissures and have read that fissures may also be herpes. I m absolutely scared it may be herpes. I have a picture of the fissure and it doesn t look entirely like anal herpes but I am super paranoid now. I asked my doctor and he didn t seem concerned that it was Anal herpes. What are the differences between an anal fissure and herpes!?
