Can High BP Cause Burning Chest, Sharp Pain Under Collar Bone And Fatigue?

Hi, i m a 20 year old female, i have been having pain in the lower right side of my abdomen for 3 weeks now and it has been getting progressively worse, along with this I have been extremely tired, sleeping more than 12 hours every night, also needing to urinate more frequently, and have recently found out I have high blood pressure, in the last two days have noticed a burning sensation in chest and sharp pain under collar bone when I breathe in, it s quite scary and was wondering if you had any advice?
