Can High Homocysteine Levels Result In Frequent Headaches?

I am getting frequenet head aches, i consulted dr and after having all check ups. found 2 finding

1. homocysteine levels are high

2. CT scan impression says - "Lacnuar Infract in the genu of thalamus"



I don't have any other symptoms like vomiting, no migrane etc...



Dr prescribed homolin and preva (clopidogrel) .......said this need to be for long time....
