Can High Blood Pressure Cause Random Black Eyes In Sleep?

I am 42 years old and I recently started having some blouson problems. I also have been getting random black eyes in my sleep for no reason? What could be causing them? My nurse friend has me thinking high blood pressure?? Haven t been for physical in a few years.
