Can High Uric Acid Levels Cause Itchy Penis Pain?

Hello doctor, I have some itchy feeling in my penis for the past month although it doesn't occur regularly, I have no pain in urinating, but I have high uric acid. Does it have to do with uric acid? Regarding to sex, I have protected sex during intercourse, but as I remember I had 1 incident that I didn't wore a condom but it was oral? Hope you could answer my question. Thanks
