Can Honey With Warm Water Be Taken During Menstruation?

Hi Dr. Can i drink honey & warm water & also green tea having periods? is there any problem? Does honey & warm water help reduce my weight? regularly i wake up @7 am n in empty stomach i used to drink honey and warm water and then do exercise and den drink green tea with sunlight s farmlite biscuits. I am fat so want to reduce my weight. I am 23 years old. Please reply.
