Can Hydroxyzine Affect Periods? I Was Prescribed Hydroxyzine A Few

Can hydroxyzine affect periods? I was prescribed hydroxyzine a few months ago for sleep. Since I have been on it my periods have been coming later than they usually did before. I did have a uti awhile ago too but I took anitbotics for it and it seems to have gone away. Im not sure if its the hydroxyzine causing my periods to be later than usual or something else?
