Can I Break Glimsave M1 Into 2 Pieces And Take

Can i break glimsave m1 into 2 pieces and take it or is there any other lower version of glimsave m1
i was taking glimsave m1 1 morning 1 evening.
For the last 25 days i have stopped taking it in the morning but only in evening now fasting is 128 and pp 178 please suggest
