Can I Get Hiv If My Hiv Positive Friend Throwed

Can i get hiv if my hiv positive friend throwed saliva to an open wound i had, this happened right before i knew, i had a lip injury due to a fall and it was open and bloody and i started talking with hiv friend who was spitting while he talked, im pretty sure he spat on my wound, after that we share a cigarette from his tobacco, in which there was some previously used rolled paper (smoked), so was the whole tabacco contaminated and we share one, i was having that open wound and also have periodontal disease, do i have hiv now and whats the name for the newest test?
