Can I Go For Uterus Removal Despite Having Protruding Lower Abdomen?

Hi! I am scheduled next month to have my uterus removed robotically... My uterus measures 17cm and a I have a 7 cm fibroid and multiple others... My lower abdomen protrudes a lot ...I currently am a size 4 but was wondering if I will be seeing a dramatic difference in my lower abdomen after surgery.
