Can I Start New Pack Of Microgynon If Missed One Pill In Old Pack?

I missed my first pill in packet of microgynon 30 but continued taking the others ,i know now i should have taken two in one day, now i have come to the end of the packet i still have one pill left, should i take this one or miss it out altogether so that my start day is the same as normal for my new packet.
