Can I Take Chlomadinone And Will It Affect Me Having Kids?

I havent had my cycle in about 6 months and in late december i had a prego scarry where it said i was but i took the test way to early so in the middle of january i took another test n it was neg so i havent had my cycle since late octber but the ruling of me being prego are out now i did weight 258 but iv lost 20 lbs and still losein i work out 5x a week for 2 1/2 hr a day should i bee worried and is this gonna effect me having kids later on in life my friend said she took chlomadinone would u reccmond that to me ?? I just need some advice
