Can Increased Appetite After Having Unprotected Sex Mean Pregnancy?

I am 21 years old.I had sex with my boyfriend although he was using condom but for a while he inserted it without the condome and then he had taken it out.Now after 7 or 8 days of this incident,my apetite has been suddenly increased,my diet has been increased.However not any other sign is noticable of early pregnancy yet.pls help me ,am i pregnant?
