Can Increased Thyroid Medication Dosage Cause Chest Heaviness And Fatigue?

My doctor raised my low thyroid meds from 123 to 150 plans to recheck blood in 3 mo s which is October 30. I am feeling bad sorta like a hot flash heavy feeling in my chest and today after mowing just about 1/10 of my yard I felt like I was going to pass out heavy limbs fatigue I was on my way down made it inside cooled off about 20 minutes tried again could not lasr legs and arms were,heavy back ache ? Is this signs the meds are too high?
