Can Inner Incision Of By-pass Surgery Cause Complication After 15-16

Can inner incision of by-pass surgery cause complication after 15-16 years. I am having burning sensation in the middle of night that wakes me up and then takes about 45 to 50 minutes to subsidise with an effort. It started about few months ago, otherwise typical angina chest pain was long gone after triple by pass surgery & placing stant few years back. Is there a test to verify that inner incision is causing burning sensation. Regards.
