Can Intake Of Benadryl Cause Auditory Hallucinations?

I m a 5 5 teen female weighing 118 pounds. I took 200mg of Benadryl at once and I keep hearing random noises and people calling my name. IM fine until I try to sleep, then I start having audio hallucinations. Will I die? I ve drank 3 glasses of water. I m scared and panicking help please !
