Can Intake Of I Pill Cause Delayed Periods?

Hello doctor I had I-pill. After 48 hours of unprotected sex it was first time after I had abortion..I had my last period date was 23 of February and now this month there is no period I checked in kit but it was negative should there is a chance that I m pregnant or this is a safe pregnancy after taken the pill???
