Can Intake Of NyQuil Affect Rapid Drug Test Results?

We just ran a rapid drug test on a new employee. The results came back pending confirmation from an outside lab potential positive for Marijuana (THC) and Phencyclidine (PCP). The employee says she took NyQuil last evening. Could that have an effect on the drug test results? Thanks
