Can Intake Of M P Forte Tablet Abort Pregnancy?

My last period was on 08.01.15 & Iin this month I don t have period & I went a doctor on 16.02.15 I give test of pregnancy test &it was was positive but I should not have to get pregnant my doctor give me a tablet m. P forte Pl tell me it give me a positive result?
