Can Intake Of Two Morning After Pill Affect Periods?

Hi, I have taken two morning after pills within the last 6 weeks and have bled irregularly with bright red blood. I had a period about a week ago, which was after the first morning after pill I took about 5 weeks ago. It was bright red and not like normal but put this down to strong pill. Then after this I ended up taking another morning after pill, and just started bleeding again, bring red again...is this normal if u take two pills as they mess with your system abit?
