Can Intense Headache Be Related With Pins And Needles In Arms?

I've been suffering from a very intense headache for the past 2 days that is confined to the right half of my head. I've never had migraines before; however, I believe my symptoms to be symptomatic of them- pins and needles in my arms and heightened sensitivity to both noise and light (though I'm not sure if this is linked to the explanation as to why I have my headache or if it only further agitates it). Any ideas?
