Can Intestinal Cystitis Cause Severe Pain In Vagina, Buttocks And Thighs?

I am 59 years old and have interstitial cystitis and fibromyalgia. All day pain in vagina terrible right side, with pain in buttucks and going down leg.When I took shower I have big swollen vein upper thigh. The lip of vagina on right side looks flat and is painful. I have pain everyday but this is much worst than normal. Thank you for any advice
